This 500 square foot vacation rental suite features sleeping and sitting areas with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and full en suite bathroom. Waterloo Garden is a self-catered accommodation, where you are free to set your own pace and make the most of your holiday.

Luxuriate over coffee, fresh scones and home made preserves while lingering on your private patio. Enjoy a glass of wine or herbal tea and curl up on the loves eat in the privacy of your own suite. Imagine no schedule or pre-set breakfast time. Sleep in if you dare. Whether you stay for a night, a weekend, a week, or a month, this beautiful, private garden suite contains everything you will need to ensure a fabulous and memorable stay.

Your host, Cathie, will welcome you with open arms, but there will be no need for awkward conversations and interactions. Your host will be available to offer recommendations on dining, attractions, shopping, and more, but you will have the suite and garden all to yourself.

Cathie's place was beautiful, it was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon! The garden in her backyard was lovely, we really enjoyed eating on her patio set each morning. Everything was immaculate inside and out, we had everything we needed. Cathie was so on top of communication and making sure we were as comfortable as possible. We will definitely stay here again when we stay in Victoria!

Lovely Garden Oasis

We enjoyed our time in the Garden Suite. It was the perfect location for us in a quiet neighborhood. The suite was well appointed and light. Catherine was a helpful guide to restaurants and was always responsive.

Lovely garden suite

This suite was perfect for us. We needed to be close to the University for the Canada West Performing Arts Festival. The suite was within 5minutes. It was clean and nicely fitted. A wonderful place to unwind.

A Gem in Victoria

The property was immaculately cleaned, well stocked and comfortable. The location in an East Saanich neighborhood was quiet and relaxing with a beautiful backyard patio. Easy access to downtown, Butchart Gardens, Lochside Trail and so much more. The communication with Cathie was fantastic. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Cozy and Quiet

Had an awesome stay at Waterloo Garden. The suite is exceptional...clean, bright, cozy and comfortable. All the amenities you need and a few extras to ensure a comfortable stay. Cathie was tremendous at communicating with us prior to arriving, check in/out was super easy. She was also in touch with us during the stay to make sure things were good as the weather turned a bit nasty. We will be be staying here again next trip.

Don't hesitate to book this property. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed through VRBO. It is very well equipped and of superior quality. And very clean. Exceptionally quiet with a lovely view of the beautiful garden. Cathie is an excellent host. We will be back.

A gem in Victoria!

Book this suite! From the impeccable design where the hosts have thought of everything to the glorious sunken garden and terrace just outside your door we felt so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here :) Sparkling clean, spacious modern design, and blooming camellias for the hummingbirds! Located on a quiet and beautiful residential street, but all that we hoped to see and do felt easily accessible. Thanks Cathie and Ron!

This was the perfect VRBO, for 2! So clean, peaceful, quiet, and stocked with everything one could need. Called Waterloo garden for a reason. The backyard is a little Butchart garden! The host was wonderful and very communicative. Thank u for a wonderful stay.

Green, quiet & perfect location for us

Lovely garden suite in great location

Lovely one bed suite overlooking a beautiful garden in a great location close to everything Victoria has to offer. Very well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Cathie is a wonderful host who went the extra mile to make sure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons. She was very accommodating with early check-in and late checkout. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely Studio suite

The unit was nicely located for our use. Very clean and quiet, Full kitchen and even an on suite washer and dryer. Our host was friendly and helpful. They had stocked the fridge with a few things to get us going so we didn’t have to rush out and shop upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Perfectly Peaceful

Cathie is a great host, very responsive and friendly. The space is wonderful - very bright, huge windows overlooking the garden, spotless, quiet, and perfectly equipped. We appreciated the breakfast items too! We will definitely book here again and have recommended it to our friends.
