We used the check-in on line feature - provided ID everything - and that did nothing . We still had to provide all the information all over again upon check-in. Then they did not have the 2 x Queen we booked . IN fairness we were checking in about 6:30 - 7 pm - so late - however we thought we had ...

Hotel Grand Pacific
The room was older and needed an update. The cord for the water kettle was too short. The wall plug ins were so low. The mattresses are hard. The side chair didn’t quite fit by the bed, For the price and location, it was good. So we would overlook the rest.
