The food is superb (kudos to the chef at breakfast who makes the best scrambled eggs on the planet) From check in with the delightful Ryan to check out, all was perfect. "Very well presented hotel. Food options were great and staff are super friendly. Only downside is that the staff only advised us upon checkout that the $100 deposit will take 5 to 10 business days to refund, that seems very excessive for a one night stay. "

"For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or they pick and choose which guests to speak nicely to. "
