"First, when I was checking in, they upgraded me to a better room- what a lovely surprise! The room was very nice, and the view was nice too. They made sure we understood how to access the parking area, and showed us some areas in Victoria that I was interested in on the map. If I had one small issue, it was that their pillows are very big and dense- not something I am used to- I likely should've asked if they had softer ones available. Everything else was FABULOUS!"
"Had a very decent stay here. The noise we encountered was the very lively sea gulls who didn’t seem to ever stop. The parking is tricky but considering we were right in the hub of the action and could walk everywhere we needed to, it was not a problem in the end. "
"Just to be aware, as with the case of any big city, unfortunately there were homeless people sleeping in the street nearby and walking around during the day. The hotel had ample security and we felt safe for the short time we stayed."
