"Convenient location, beautiful building, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room temp is controlled by an older window A/C unit that was a little fiddly, and the elevator speed and capacity were a little low for the amount of people, but otherwise everything was great; would stay here again. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at Magnolia. Staff were friendly and helpful across the board. Room didn't have much of a view but was clean and updated. Small hotel, close to the harbor and all the wonderful things to do when walking downtown. Highly recommend."

"The location is excellent as it is slightly away from downtown, however, a good walking distance to cross the bridge to be at the heard of most tourist locations. The hotel itself can do a renovation, a bit dated although it is still very clean and tidy. The room I was assigned to was very disappointing as it faced to a wall completely and had no view whatsoever."
