"We had a great time on our trip. The resort was perfect. The food at the restaurant was top notch. Their wine was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was so kind and helpful. We would recommend this resort to anyone who wants a perfect little hideaway in the Valle. "
"The place was clean and peaceful. There was someone nearby in case we needed anything, and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—he took excellent care of us. The only reason I can’t give a full 5 stars is due to the lack of air conditioning in any of the rooms. This was especially disappointing since we stayed during a weekend with temperatures reaching 98 degrees. Fans were provided, but only after I requested them; they weren’t initially offered when I was informed the AC wasn’t working.Additionally, only two of the five bedrooms had warm water in the showers, while the others only had cold water, which was a bit inconvenient, especially with children in our group. These issues were relatively minor, though, and I would consider staying here again if they were addressed before or during a future stay."
