"The hotel seemed to be new. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast with a great selection of food."

"Our room was really noisy. and we couldn't sleep the whole time we were there. Plus, our reservation was supposed to come with breakfast but the check in woman said it didn't. We were there for over a day before someone at the front desk confirmed we were supposed to have breakfast. Also, there was no workout room."

"I asked for walk in shower and they gave me only a bath. I messaged them multiple times to book me airport transfer. They took 4 days to reply and then it was too late. Flies in my bathroom. Breakfast staff abrupt and rude. Won’t stay here again"

"Beautiful, newer hotel, central to everything Vienna has to offer. It is so central, we walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring and seeing the sites on foot. We chose to have breakfast daily in the hotel, and it was lovely. We did not have time to try the restaurant for dinner, but it looked fabulous. Nice bar in the lobby area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and all areas of the hotel felt welcoming and like home - not a cold hotel feel at all. The light show in the courtyard outside the hotel is a bonus, and will be a memorable part of our trip. Note that the entrance to the hotel is inside the buildings courtyard, not out on the street. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will be back again in the future!"
