"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the efficiency of the online check-in/check-out process. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Loved that apples, little treats, and baked goods were available in the lobby 24/7. The location of the hotel to the sights, shops, and restaurants was ideal. Loved everything about our stay at this Boutique hotel"
"Beautiful hotel located in a central location. Close to major attractions, shops and restaurants. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were assisted from beginning to end. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. A few steps of stairs going to the elevators can be a bit tough when you have heavy luggages but tolerable. You can ask the reception to assist for this small issue. Breakfast buffet is perfect with many selections - love the standby cook who will prep eggs however you like! I highly recommend this hotel when in Vienna!"
"We had a fabulous stay here.The property was beautiful & the included breakfast was top notch with food being constantly refreshed.The staff were all lovely and it felt like you mattered to them.
Fantastic proximity to train station & U bahn making it easy to get around the city & transfer to the airport.(although we mainly walked everywhere)
