The hotel is new and was absolutely fantastic. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and spoke very good English. My only comment is that I noticed flies in the breakfast buffet area that should be better controlled. I would stay there again, it is the best hotel I've stayed while travelling in Indochina for a month.

The location was very central and we were able to walk to all the dining spots. There was so much to choose from. You’re also walking distance from one of the largest night market right along the Mekong river and everything was so reasonable in price. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The hotel itself is very nice. I heard that there were robberies targeting Asians on the nearby streets during the New Year holidays, so it's best not to go out late at night.

Opened in September 2024, the one in the heart of town is very accessible. There are not enough restaurants inside the hotel, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It's a sorry the hotel doesn't have a spa. All the facilities and supplies seem new, but the towels are dust(new one dust). The gym and swimming pool are small for hotel size. Instead, the pool is fantastic. All staffs are very friendly and nice. Staffs feedback on the request is very fast and option like the late check-out is impressive. It is a bit disappointing and lacking compared to Hilton's international brand reputation, but it is unique among the surrounding environment. Overall, it is not bad, but I think it will attract attention from many customers if it is price competitive compared to similar hotels.
