The hotel is spacious and well built but the maintenance and service is very poor. Ash trays are everywhere and smoking smell is very bad.

Dirty with roaches!

The pictures do not show the condition of this property. The property is run down with a deep stench of smoke. KTV bar was on third floor of the 5 floor hotel so you could not escape the incredibly loud music at all hours of the day. Worst of all we killed 4 cockroaches in a span of a couple hours. We had to go find bug deterrent and spray it all over the place and then slept with the lights on to keep the roaches away. At 4AM two random girls started knocking on our door even though we kept telling them they had the wrong room and to go away. We barely slept that night and left early the next.

Book for all del ikke dette hotellet!!! Slitent og stusselig hotell som ligger i "ingenmannsland", langt borte fra noe som er verdt å se eller oppleve. Frokosten er horribel. Bassengområdet er lite, slitt og folketomt (bortsett fra den ene dagen da 19 servicefolk skulle stå og se på at en fyr spylte og støvsugde rundt solsengene våre da...) Tydelig at ledelsen ikke tar godt hånd om sine ansatte, for her er det virkelig INGEN som gjør en ekstra innsats for noe som helst. At ingen ved hotellet en gang snakket basic engelsk gjorde også ting vanskelig. Alt fra innsjekk, tips til sightseeing til å be om salt til frokosten var helt umulig. Det snakkes kun Lao og Kinesisk (?) her, eller de få som snakket eller forsto engelsk hadde gjemt seg et sted vi ikke kunne finne dem. Ingen skriftlig informasjon eller skilting på engelsk heller, så man må gjette seg til hvor ting er. Da havner man lett i en labyrint av julepyntede vip-rom (besøkte hotellet i slutten av februar...) og før man vet ordet av det har man rotet seg inn bakveien til naboklubben (karaoke) og må forklare dét til dørvaktene... Det finnes ingen grunn til å booke dette hotellet når det finnes så mange hyggelige og likt prisede hoteller både i sentrum og nært elven!
