Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

"The hotel’s location is great for travelers as it’s so close to the airport. Very basic rooms, not even tea or coffee. Mattresses bit too soft and pillows old and lumpy. Like a said before, it’s great location next to shopping center and close to airport Staff nice and friendly"
