view on the sea. It opens into a large living room with open kitchen,
dining area, pull-out twin bed, tv and air conditioning.
The
corrido divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists
of a double bedroom and a full bathroom. The basic holiday home is
comfortable and cozy.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: tha mandatory rental's price is euro 10 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

Ottima struttura e proprietari (confinanti) gentilissimi e ospitali 😊👍
Diversamente dalle aspettative per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna sempre utilizzare l'auto nonostante la vicinanza,la struttura sta sopra una collina con una dura salita da percorrere.
La posizione vista mare ripaga il disagio 👍
