The hotel was very charming. It is in a great location for walking. We went at a slow time of year, so not a lot happening around us. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay!

A nice location very close to the Port, the beach and town. Lots of places to eat within a few steps. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue we had was that the A/C in our room was not working when we checked in. It took 1 day to get it fixed. Since it was the end of May they had not switched from heating to cooling yet. Everything was fine the next morning.

Could do better

There was no welcome when we arrived at the Hotel. We were told of many things we could not do. We had not booked breakfast and they were unable to provide breakfast. We had a 5 night stay at a 4 star hotel and they were unable to provide breakfast - this is a first in 45 years of international travel. When we were shown to the room we were told NOT to use the jacuzzi bath. Further the hotel car park we were told would be €15 / night. During the stay I reviewed the conditions of our booking and found the car park was €10 / night - they reluctantly agreed. on check out, to the revised price when I showed the condition. Further the conditions stated they are multilingual (English, Italian, French) - if using a telephone app to translate counts as multilingual, then yes. Further the conditions stated that front desk is 24 hours - we can only speak for the daytime and it was never fully manned. Walking into reception was at times like the Marie Celeste.

Hotel in centro camera spaziosa. Purtroppo abbiamo dormito male in quanto la luce del giorno non ci ha permesso di riposare. La finestra è senza le tapparelle ne persiane. Solo la tenda la quale non era abbastanza pesante per non far entrare la luce.

Take a pass on this hotel

The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. Walls and doors are marred with years worth of dirty fingerprints. Carpeting is tired. Clerk who checked us in was slow and demanded that we leave our passports with her so she could enter our information at her leisure. On our second attempt to retrieve our passports, we found the front desk empty and several passports and ID cards lined up on a counter behind the desk unattended. After several attempts to find the clerk, we just took our passports. There is no valet parking (at least during the winter months) and the breakfast is subpar. There are a couple of cereal choices, yogurts that were room temperature, pastries, and no hot foods. I had a hard boiled egg that was rotten and slimy when I peeled the egg.

Great location

Perfect location - sea was a bit poor as the water wasn’t exactly clean. Any the locality of the hotel was a stones throw to the old town where one can eat very well there. Vegan ice cream across the road!
