"Had a very good experience at this hotel.....we arrived very early in the morning, around 6:30 am, exhausted and very sleepy, and the staff very graciously let us rest in a room from 9:00 am until our room was ready. "this is now one of my favorite hotels ever. Staff here was wonderful and we loved the package we bought...with club access and a dinner included. The spa was also good. The only thing I might give less than excellent marks on is the Wi-Fi. It worked, but not the greatest ever."

Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! "
