"Since the moment we booked our room, Ms. Camelia “Lần Phương” has been so helpful from our arrival to Hanoi with airport pick up to booking our tours and checking up with us during them. We absolutely love the hotel staff team, they had helped drive us to the post office for us to send stuff back home and even used their own motor bikes to drive us there. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and so attentive. My family and I have traveled through many hotels in Vietnam through the years but this is the first hotel that we absolutely fell in love with and we will definitely be back to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi. "Clean and comfortable in a good location. Helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit limited but plenty of it, both European and Asian tastes catered for. They don't sell beer at their bar and all drink service stopped at 10pm. The laundry room was excellent and reasonably priced. "
