-1 living room with sofa bed in 160 with access to the terrace by bay window.
-1 bedroom with 1 bed in 140 and cupboard
-1 washroom with toilet, shower and basin
-1 covered and tiled balcony with garden furniture, facing the lake.

Private parking in the basement, local bicycles.
Secure residence with collective pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09).

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €90 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A participation in charges of €25/week or short stay will be required between mid-October and mid-June included.
A cleaning deposit of €90 will be requested on arrival by bank imprint or check.

hors saison pour moi très solitaire et évitant trop la foule séjour super vue du balcon sur le lac magnifique l océan et le centre ville de suite a cote super pas besoin de voiture bravo a revenir habitat fonctionnelle
