- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- bedroom 3 with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) and wardrobe
- bedroom 4 with 3 single beds (90x190 cm) and chests of drawers
The two bedrooms upstairs are adjoining.

Large rear terrace with garden furniture, summer lounge and gas plancha grill. Small front terrace covered and enclosed by a bay window.

Private parking for 2 cars.

Pets allowed.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €250 / Optional linen: see prices with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A deposit for accommodation (€800) and a cleaning deposit (€250) will be requested upon arrival by credit card imprint (not debited) or cheque.

Un logement fonctionnel et trés bien situé

Le logement est très fonctionnel, de beaux volumes que ce soit pour les chambres ou le salon afin d’accueillir notre troupe familiale. L'extérieur à l'arrière est idéal pour manger en famille et la plancha est idéale pour la saison. Possibilité de rentrer deux véhicule pour plus de tranquillité. Concernant l'emplacement, à 5/10 min de tout, que demander de plus. Bref, je recommande cette location.
