"We had lovely days in this lovely House. Simona is a great Host WHO was Always there in Case of questions. Baveno. Hast much more than beach and great Lake View: IT IS a nice little and hast great hiking opportunities in Mountains directly in the Back of IT. Last but Not least: Try the lovely bakery/patissery 20 Meters auch was in the Street of "17 martyrs"..."

"Wegen der tollen Aussicht und Ruhe rundum eine Empfehlung. Warum der Balkon wiederholt als klein beschrieben wird, ist mr schleierhaft. Er ist zwar nur etwa 1,10m breit, aber zwischen 5 und 6 m lang. In einigen Details lässt die Ausstattung der Wohnung zwar zu wünschen übrig, aber Preis und Lage sind tadellos. "

"Francesca is the best and the property was perfect for our kids to swim and play all day."

"Very nice location. Cool inside and 3 nice terraces. Always a sunny or shadow site. Great big fenced garden (great when you have a dog). Beautiful view over Orta lake. Marina is a very kind owner. Nearby when you need her and surprising us with some vegetables and honey from the garden. Lago Maggiore is also nearby with several nice towns. We rented a boat for Lago Orta, which was very nice"

"The Hotel is a traditional Italian Hotel in terms of style and decor. Our room (201) was on the second floor and had a lovely view over the gardens, pool and local church. The small balcony was beneficial. (Note: many of the lake view rooms dont have a balcony) The room was very clean and spacious with a large bathroom which again was very clean. Pool area was great with extra sunbeds up in the gardens and despite going in the school holidays it always felt relaxed and quiet. There was never a rush for sunbeds and even when returning to the pool.afer a day out there were always spare sunbeds. Pool was 1.4m deep at both ends so perfect for bobbing about and to cool down. The Hotel is situated in an excellent location, only minutes from numerous restaurants and small quiet bars, and close to baveno port where regular boats can take to other towns on the lake for less than €5.00 We loved our 9 day stay at this hotel and would definitely reccomend a visit. "

"We had a great 3 night stay at this lovely, good value hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony with a wonderful lake view. The breakfast included in the price offers a great choice of cold cut meats, cheeses, bread, jams and cereals. But what really made our stay memorable was the staff. The kind male owner was so friendly at check in, offering lots of literature and information for local restaurants, transport and events. And when we left to move to our next hotel in the next town of Stresa 15 minutes drive away, he had one of his team drive us there - what more can you ask of a hotel. We will be back. "
