"Very spacious room with kitchen area. Great location"

"Large well-equipped room and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was inedible. A large fan outside the room loudly rumbled like a large truck all night. Plumbing pipes knocked and gurgled at 4am, waking us up. Hallways were cluttered with carts and cleaning supplies and were a sickly green colour with a maze-like layout. "

"Nice hotel, clean and very comfortable. Upscale feel but also cozy. Loved that they think of tea drinkers by providing a kettle and tea as well."

"The site is near the Via Train Station. For drivers, it has an underground parking facility. Their restaurant is pricy. Suggest you order in or go out. It is a short walk to the O station which is also next to the Via Train Station. The room was pleasant, TV worked but the elevators were really slow."

"Smooth check in and they allowed us to do an early check in specially that I had 3 young kids with me. The suite was spacious. The kitchen have everything you need if you wanted to make your own meals. Great location. Price is reasonable. Friendly staff and housekeeping people were always so courteous and helpful. I liked the overall atmosphere. Will definitely consider staying here again. I hope they will continue to offer reasonable rates."

"We had to change room because the first one was not clean, in particular the dirty bathroom floor where we found bunch of hairs. I requested a changed floor, just in case... The corridor carpet outside the second0 room was covered with trash. Although this new room seemed ok, we would not trust it cleanest after these experiences.. The hotel appears to be in a noticeable state of decline due to insufficient maintenance and repair investment. Service was uneven, and staff often seemed to be learning procedures on the fly. The overall experience did not reflect the standards we expected."
