"Renovation was going on while we were there. Our room had serious electrical problems (sparks coming from outlets, being shocked, lights getting dim and bright). We ended up changing rooms twice in the middle of the night. No compensation was given."

The location is superb—close to museums and gr wet shopping, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and will certainly be staying here again!"

"Hotel is literally just steps away from the terminal building. In the morning, you can exit from the lobby doors and walk straight to the departure hall without having to take the steps or elevator needed to get to reception when arriving. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfy and AC worked well! The breakfast buffet was good with ample variety. The only negative to our visit was the eating area during the breakfast service. There were many dirty tables and no clean tables set up with fresh utensils and napkins. Appears that it is intended to be more of a 'self-service' approach than I experienced in other hotels during this trip. The signage from the airport to the hotel is excellent. Would Absolutely stay in this hotel again if I need to fly through Helsinki!"

"This hotel has ice machine. Place was clean, and comfy. Staffs were friendly. Walkable distance to shopping mall. Many restaurants around. Breakfast was great. We didn’t drink, so couldn’t say much about the bar, but it looked clean and well organized. I would recommend this place."
