"This was a solid but not wonderful stay. The room was very typical european in that it was small and cramped and the shower was tiny. That wasn't a huge issue, though because that is what's expected in Europe. My bigger gripe was that I got my period one of the nights and bled on the sheets and they didn't get changed. They just made the bed over the stain, which was kind of icky. Also the toilet lid would always fall on us while we were using the toilet and it didn't like to stay up. Thankfully we weren't men trying to stand and use it, but it was annoying for us at least. All that being said, the front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. I even saw one of the staff members helping some women book a bus ticket on their phone, which is definitely above and beyond. And overall the hotel did what it needed to do for us. It was comfortable and safe, so no major complaints."

"Checked in at the automated desk with a QR code sent by Hotels.com. Still needed to key in our details. Hotel is pretty new and clean, bed was comfortable, the room quiet despite there being some sort of event downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice and also allergy free options clearly marked. Checkout was quick and the walk to departures took only about 2 minutes."

"Check in and out were so simple and straight forward. The staff at this hotel were amazing, i would love to mention one person but genuinely they were all superb. The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and good shower pressure. I only ate at the hotel once and can say the food from the bar was really nice. Overall I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Helsinki."

"Overall a nice hotel experience, great breakfast and facilities. While outside the city centre, the location is still relatively convenient and provides good access to tram and buses. The wifi is fast and worked fine. There is a beautiful lake and nature area around it as well. On the negative side, I found the ongoing ventilation noise inside the room a bit annoying. It would have been nice to have full flexibility to the airflow instead of constant and subliminal noise. The gym could have been a little larger and I would have liked to use the room shower in cold water. It allows for hot water but only medium warm/cold, not fully cold."
