- Complete privacy to yourself throughout the stay. No poking.
- Order food or cook yourself, while working or relaxing in a chill atmosphere.

• Potential inconveniences:

- We do not offer ACs for conscious reasons.
- We don't put TVs at our places because we like to interact with each other.
- We offer geyser in 1 bathroom, and manual heating rod in another.
- Logistics service in the neighbourhood makes the lane a little busy for about an hour in the morning and night. Not to expect pin-drop silence in the area.

Entire space(which is 1 apartment) plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
• Please remember that you're staying in a house, and not a hotel. Please treat this space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no professional living on-site 24/7 to offer you service.
• We are noticing that our locality has recently commercialised with logistics and students in the area. As much as we love to maintain the decorum at our own place, we want to make sure that the guest don't expect us to maintain that outside of our premises as well.
