The townhouse is located in a calm neighbourhood at the entrance of Sagres town. The house is 400 m from the Intermarché supermarket; 400m from the restaurant "Meridian"; the surf shop 400 m; the bicycle rental shop 400 m; 1000m from the centre of Sagres (Pharmacy, Market, shops, restaurants, bars, health centre, post office, etc.)
## Transit
There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres (the nearest bus stop at 100 m from the bus stop (Sagres- Sítio do Poço), but to get around,d a hire car is recommended. You can park one car in the private parking spot in front of the house. Further shared parking spots are available.
By car, it's 15 km to the "Golf Santo António" course, 30 km to Lagos, 50 km to the "Slide & Splash" water park, 90 km to Faro airport, 350 km to Lisbon airport and 350 km to Seville.

Great house, lovely amenities. The garden and pool are great for kids. The area is really quiet and private, but 20min walking distance from the center and there is no proper sidewalks in the main road. The house needs some minor renovation work and more dishes and cutlery, otherwise was good value for money. Also, no washing machine which makes it difficult for longer stays with kids.
Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool, Garten und Grill, trotz Lage an Strasse sehr ruhig, Küchenausstattung etwas spärlich (z.B. nur gr. Teller, keine kleine oder tiefe Teller), Kaffeemaschine läuft aus und Geschirrspüler wäscht nicht richtig.
Insgesamt waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und ordentlich und zudem modern eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Letzterer wurde sogar während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten wie Teile der Küchenausstattung und die Befestigungen der Brausen in den Bädern könnten noch optimiert werden. Alles Organisatorische mit dem Anbieter hat reibungslos geklappt.

giardino ben curato con piscina annessa non riscaldata.
la cucina con accessori, un piccolo suggerimento rifornire alcuni piatti fondi.
arredamento minimal
unico problema sono state le formiche, ma il problema è comune in tutto Sagres.
