The property comprises 2 floors:



- Ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, large living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower and access to 2 large patios. 1 front patio with parking for your car (facing north) and the second patio, facing south, with barbecue, sink, parasol and plenty of space to spend with family and friends.



- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds respectively, one of which is en suite with a corner shower. There is a large family bathroom with a bath.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DELTA Q capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.



WI-FI (Internet) access and air-conditioning.



The villa is located just a few metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.
