- Ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bath. It has access to a patio that surrounds the villa on one side, facing south and north, with a table and chairs, barbecue and ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors.



- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds. There is a family bathroom with a bath. The circulation area leads out onto a large west-facing terrace.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine (DOLCE GUSTO), dishwasher and washing machine.



Access to WI-FI (fibre internet) + MEO TV and equipped with air conditioning.



The villa is located about 450 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

Smart Villa near to everything

I know the village well and the accommodation is well placed near the local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a short walk 10 mins from the beach Even though there were insect repellents we still had a no of visitors into the property which was a little uncomfortable

Schönes Haus an zentraler, ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist gut in Schuss, hat eine neuwertige Küche und Bäder und Betten mit guten Matratzen. Schöner Garten mit BBQ. Zum Meer 10 Minuten zu Fuss, in 5 Minuten ist man bei den Restaurants. Manta Rota hat einen schönen, kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Abends wie üblich in Portugal ein wenig Musik der Nachbarn und bellende Hunde, hat aber nicht gestört.

Casa espaçosa e com bom espaço exterior. Localização em zona sossegada. Material de berbeque e chuveiro exterior precisa de intervenção. Um par de espreguiçadeiras no exterior seria um ponto em que a casa poderia ser melhorada.
