- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and one of these in suite with a hydromassage shower. It has 1 common bathroom for the other rooms with a bathtub. Both rooms access balconies, a larger one facing South and the other smaller, facing North.

The kitchen is equipped with: combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Delta Q capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Boa localização em zona calma

Boa localização a 10 minutos a pé da praia, a 3 minutos do supermercado e perto do mercado e restaurantes. Boas condições para acomodar 6 pessoas com todo o equipamento necessário. Zona exterior com churrasqueira. Estacionamento próprio. Zona exterior poderia ter melhores condições para fazer refeições. Apenas uma mesa de plástico em más condições. Chuveiro exterior a necessitar de substituição. Apesar de estar avisado não tem internet e tv por cabo. A TV por sinal digital tem muitas falhas.
