Beautiful Charming villa with pool, near Fabrica Beach in Cacela Velha.
Beautiful single storey villa located on a very nice location in the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park close to the ocean. The house is located in the middle of a fully fenced plot of land with cobble stone pathways and terraces, a mature garden and a swimming pool.
The villa consists of spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area and large open plan kitchen. From the living room a corridor leads to the good size master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath and shower. The house has a very nice ambiance and is finished to a very good, luxury standard with the use of natural materials such as natural stone floor tiles, natural stone kitchen work top, wooden internal shutters and double glazing.
Access from all rooms and the kitchen to the terraces surrounding the house. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a covered dining area with table and six chairs. Swimming pool and outside shower, (4) sun loungers are available. Covered carport for of street parking, electronic entrance gate.
This is an ideal location to enjoy the best the Algarve has to offer. The Ria Formosa Natural Reserve Park is an area of natural beauty. Maison insalubre +++ ( Sols, galettes de chaises, houses, fauteuil, lits....)
Maison au bord de la route, piscine également prés de la route et à l'ombre, dangeureux pour les enfants
Chambres donnant sur cette route, passage à partir de 7h du matin.... mais cette route est dite chemin ....)
En cas de pluie l'eau s'infiltre rapidement à l'intérieur de la maison....
Pour couronner le tout, l'agence ne donne pas de nouvelles, suite aux nombreuses réclamations...
Donc à fuir, garder votre argent.

Die Ausstattung ist abgenutzt, alt und die Möbel sind teilweise defekt (Gummidichtung Haustüre hängt herunter, Garderobenhaken abgebrochen, Gartenliege mit Rissen, etc.). Das Haus war sehr schlecht gereinigt (Staub, Spinnweben, schmierige Küchenschränke etc.) und die Heizung (150 Euro/Woche!) funktionierte in einem der beiden Bäder nicht. Der sehr alte Staubsauger im Haus stank, saugte sehr schlecht und der Beutel war voll bis oben hin. Ersatzbeutel nicht vorhanden, sodass man den Staub mit den Händen aus dem Beutel nehmen musste. Als die WC-Spülung defekt war, kam jedoch nach 30 Minuten der Handwerker. Der nach 7 Tagen durch Verrostung abgebrochene Toilettensitz wurde jedoch nicht repariert. Die Agenturmitarbeiterin war allerdings sehr freundlich. Immerhin. Die Fotos im Internet geben jedenfalls einen deutlich besseren und neueren Eindruck vor. Vor Ort ist man dann eher enttäuscht. Hier wird leider (zu viel) kassiert und nicht in die Immobilie investiert. Schade. Man könnte viel aus der Immobilie machen. Die Lage ist super, wenn man Abgeschiedenheit mag.

Das Hsus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt gut. Es ist dort sehr ruhig. Nur die Straße stört einvernommen. Aber es gibt kaum Verkehr. Wir werden wiederkommen.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus... Leider war in den ersten vier Tagen die Fußbodenheizung defekt (nur 15-16Grad in einigen Zimmern) - wurde aber schnell repariert und in der Übergangszeit ein Heizlüfter (privat)von der Verwalterin zur Verfügung gestellt. Anlage / Garten sehr gepflegt (Wöchentlicher Gärtner) / gute Lage, da nur knapp 1km von sehr schönem Strand entfernt... wir würden wieder buchen...
Propriedade muito boa, mas pouco cuidado na limpeza e organização da cozinha e da churrasqueira.
Piscina agradável mas também com manutenção deficiente.
Localização boa, perto de tudo e muito calma.

Mit einem liebevoll gestalteten Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen, sofern sich die Gelegenheit bietet. Es war ein Glücksfall, dass wir das Haus so kurzfristig noch buchen konnten.
Wir hatten zwei ruhige und erholsame Wochen an einem ruhigen Teil der Algarve. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet, alle Haushaltsgeräte waren vorhanden, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass die Schlafzimmer aufgrund der Fenster in Form von Flügeltüren von der Strasse aus einsehbar waren, allerdings war der Verkehr auf der direkt am Haus vorbeiführenden Strasse sehr gering. Moskitonetze wären allerdings hilfreich gewesen. Die Ventilatoren verschaffen trotz nicht vorhandener Klimaanlage im Regelfall ausreichend Kühlung. Die Terrasse und der Splungepool bieten Schatten und Abkühlung, sofern man sich diese nicht an dem ca 3 Autominuten entfernten Strand holen will. Dieser erfordert eine Überfahrt per Boot, in ca 20 min Entfernung ist der Praia verde ohne diese Bootstour zu erreichen. Am Praia verde sind einige gute Strandrestaurants, allerdings sind auch am "Hausstrand" sowie in Cacela velha in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus nette Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Tavira ist nett, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dort (ca 10 min - 15 min entfernt) sind reichhaltig. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Olhao und Faro (ca 30 min) und auch nach Sevilla (sehr zu empfehlen, ca 2 h). Wir haben uns gut erholt.
