- Ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with corner shower. It has access to a patio that surrounds the villa on one side, facing south and north, with a table and chairs, barbecue, sink, outdoor shower and awning with ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors. It also has a parking space inside the gate, and there is also parking available on the street.



- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and one en suite with shower. There is a 2nd bathroom with a bath.



The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine (DELTA Q), dishwasher and washing machine.



WI-FI (internet) access and air-conditioning.



The villa is located about 500 metres from Manta Rota beach, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

Gostamos de tudo no geral.. casa excelente.. embora nao tenha lugar de estacionamento, nao tivemos problemas em estacionar junto a esta. Lugar sossegado. Faz falta ar condicionado no quarto do res do chão. Colocação de uma grelha maior no barbecue. Em alojamentos com esta distancia era interessante a existência de bicicletas para a deslocaçao.

Cette propriété proche de la plage et des quelques magasins alimentaires convient parfaitement pour une famille avec plusieurs enfants ! Le quartier de Manta Rota est très calme en cette saison !
