Considering the cost this hotel needs a significant upgrade - rooms very tired and lacking in what would be considered basic 5 star hotel amenities - ie. no coffee machine in the room, no wine glasses in room, old towels, stained furnishings.
The staff are good and the hotel is OK but very average for the price. On site restaurants disappointed for value. Wouldn’t be my choice in São Paulo but is the largest conference hotel so often don’t get a choice

"The room was clean and spacious, the shower was excellent and relaxing, and the staff very warm and attentive. The location, across from a major shopping mall, is very convenient. Nevertheless, there are plenty of food options around, and it is two blocks from the beach."
