Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable.
Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous.
For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose.

Swimming pool was not available despite it being included in the booking. Apparently the pool is not available until 1st June (summer season) even though our final day was 31st May.
Also the fridge did not work in the room and they couldn't fix it either.

"The wait staff was wonderful. Food was delicious. The room given to us smelled like sewage. There was no way when they cleaned that room they didn’t smell that. They switched our room the following date after I called wanting to check out early. We were moved to a different room without a terrace ..."
