Amazing T5 townhouse in 3 storey building. Ground floor: recently refurbished and fully equipped kitchen, social toilet and living space with direct access to patio in front of main communal pool. Ideal with small children. First floor: 1 large bedroom with 3 individual beds, 1 bathroom and 1 suite with king size bed and bathroom. Second floor; 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds each, 1 bathroom and 1 suite with 2 joint beds and bathroom. Top floor: Washing machine. Large terrace with shaded area and sea view, barbecue, bench with incorporated sink and frigobar.

Our stay was excellent. We were in the Old village for our sons wedding and the house was brilliant. Perfectly located for the wedding venue at Cas Da Lago and brilliant pool access for our early morning swim. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic property for a family holiday, had everything we needed, everyone loved it.Owners are great communicators, surrounding area was lovely and easy access by taxi to other resort locations. As golfers, it was also ideally located for courses and practice facilities.Hope to go back someday!

We have stayed in this town house numerous times and are never disappointed. The owners are very receptive to queries and the management company are always extremely helpful on booking in or if we need any assistance during our stay. Rooms are very clean and the house has everything we need to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We would highly recommend this holiday home. It is located around the main pool and is perfectly positioned on the Old Village.
We had a fantastic time. The house was great for a big family. Shop and restaurants were very close. Walked to the marina but got an Uber back which was cheap and easy. Communication with owner was brilliant and prompt. Would love to meet them one day. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Large and well presented villa in The Old Village, perfect for big groups. Comms with the owners was good, easy check in though we were late as plane was delayed. Great location, very close to supermarket and bars on the old village. Main downside for us was that this is a very British resort so didn’t feel as authentic as we would have liked.
This is the second time we have stayed in this town house and it is perfect for us and the extended family. Very well equipped and clean and furnished to make our stay a very comfortable one. The owners are attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. Can highly recommend.
Townhouse in great position within the Old Village backing onto the main pool. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All bedrooms spacious with air con. Two bedrooms with ensuite. Great amenities at the Old Village including shop and restaurants. 15 to 20 minute walk to Marina for more lively nightlife.
Spacious property, clean, and exactly as advertised. Walk out onto the main pool which is also handy. If you’re familiar with The Old Village this is a great option. Would definitely use again if considering returning to the Old Village with a number of travellers. Owner also checked in via email to make sure all was well which was nice.

The property offers an ideal base for a large family or group, access straight into the pool area , fully equipped kitchen, all you could need for a great holiday with family or friends. The nightlife in the Marina and the lovely beach is a 15 min walk or a quick taxi ride away.
Support from owner was great - good advice on places to go for food and drink. House was perfect for a group of 8 adults. Would highly recommend a stay here.
