The apartment is located near Vilanova i la Geltrú Lighthouse beach, and just 10 minutes from the popular village of Sitges. Sitges is a picturesque coastal village located on the Garraf Coast. It offers a wide variety of beaches, a charming old town, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, museums, outdoor activities and a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Sitges is famous for its fantasy film festival, its Carnival, its Festa Major and its party atmosphere. It is an ideal destination to enjoy culture, gastronomy and the good life.
This charming property offers a privileged location for those wishing to enjoy a dream holiday on the Golden Coast. The cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is 35 km away. The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, two modern full bathrooms, one with a shower tray and the other with a whirlpool bath, and a terrace at 50 m² level with direct access to a communal area with several swimming pools and children's area.
The accommodation is entirely exclusive for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.
A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.
Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.
The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.
The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine.
Both before and during your stay you can consult me about everything you need.
Anything you need prior to your arrival, please don't hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.
Once you arrive at the accommodation I will be there personally to welcome you, show you around the house and explain how everything works.
I can also advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else you need.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings are not permitted for groups of young people UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE.

This house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, in a peaceful, pleasant and residential environment.
*** If you are looking to organise a large party, loud music, and disturb the neighbourhood, this villa is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one ***
Before arrival at the property, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will not deliver the keys until this process is completely finished.
The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).
RESPONSIBILITY
The booking of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be posted on Airbnb. Parties and smoking inside the property are not permitted. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.
It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.
If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN
The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.
The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
The loss of keys will have a supplement of €50 for each set and €75 for the parking remote control.
