"Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for a member of your reception staff, Ana. During my stay, the air conditioning in my room was a bit weak for the hot summer weather. Ana kindly provided me with a fan to ensure my comfort. She also gave me very specific and helpful instructions on how and where to return it.Following her instructions, I successfully returned the fan to the front desk before checking out. However, Ana was not on shift at the time of my departure. Could you please pass along my gratitude to her, and let her know that the fan was safely returned? Thank you for the excellent service."
