  • Located less than 10 min from King Street, 100yr old farm house, updated in 2005, hard wood floors, high ceilings, wood burning fireplace, 3 new mini splits heat/ac, pet friendly fenced in 1 acre yard with circle drive way with plenty of parking for 6 + cars, running creek in the back yard to water an cool the dogs, only 10 mins to trashcan/snake-pit falls swimming an fishing river. Enjoy the view of Beech Mtn ski resorts can be seen all winter blowing snow from the front porch

Beautiful Cozy Old House

From the outside the house may seem old, but the inside is beautiful. It felt very cozy and homey. The hot tub was amazing I would recommend the deck being cleaned because it was very slippery or put down a bigger rug. The house was close to all the shopping in Boone and about 25 minutes to Hawks Nest where we enjoyed snow tubing which I highly recommend. Overall I would recommend this rental to anyone.
