"This was the perfect location and accommodation for our large group. We came to Arizona for spring training and we couldn't have had a better stay. Martha was a wonderful host and the house was lovely. The backyard was as fantastic as the house itself. "

"Perfect location for White Sox spring training. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house is nice, may be a little dated but definitely worth the money spent. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The hot tub/spa had some issues- however both were fixed during our stay and didn’t affect us too much. Communication was given and things were taken care of asap. The pool was chilly however with the temps being over 100 it was refreshing. The only disappointment was the outside string lights… they didn’t work. It was minor and yet we would have spent more time outside in the evening had they worked. Overall, it was a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again if given the opportunity. "

"Host was quick to respond, really close to all the places we wanted to visit which was nice. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Only downside was there was no TV, good thing we had an iPad to watch movies at night, but that’s no problem. Overall, very happy with staying here, would do it again! "

"Overall, we had a very good experience and a relaxing time at the house. The location was close to the spring training games and the outdoor area and pool was great. I would recommend deleting the newly remodeled wording in the description of the house since the floor was not in good condition and the oven needed cleaning or replaced.Although the pool area was very nice, the pool vacuum was automated and on a timer but was on all day making it difficult to swim or fully enjoy the pool with the hose in the way. I understand why the thermostat was locked and couldn’t be adjusted but the house was warm in the afternoon and it would be nice to be able to adjust the temperature a couple degrees periodically. These comments are not meant to detract from the good overall experience but suggestions to improve the rating to a 5. The hosts were responsive to a couple questions we had for them."
