"The property is beautiful, we stayed there because my daughter was going for a competition the next day and it resulted that in the presidential suite they had a very LOUD party going on and when I called front desk for help because we couldn’t sleep for my surprise the person said that they wouldn’t put the volume down because it was a party from the Manager and that he said he was not putting the volume down; my point is that we stayed in this hotel looking for a comfortable safe place so we could have a good night sleep. I write this review because I really consider a lack of respect what that manager did because I even specified I was staying with a child. It was a terrible experience, specially because you expect to receive a great service and in this situation that was not the case specially feom the manager. "
