Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. "We had a room right near a street light that blared directly into our room so we had to keep the shutters closed. That made the room extremely stuffy and hot. We tried to turn the air conditioning on but couldn’t and were told it was “locked.” The hotel was nice and clean but it was so hot that it was difficult to sleep. "

"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
