"The unit was spacious and modern with everything you would need to prepare a meal. My family of four were very comfortable and the host went out of his way to provide recommendations about local highlights. There was a cleaning fee of 100 Euros that is mentioned in the listing but was missed when booking. Wouldn’t recommend for shorter stays because of the fee."

"We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. We loved having a tub for the children to bathe in. We also enjoyed the sauna/wellness room very much, but it is a separate entrance and is a shared space."

"Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. "Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Bilder und Ausstattung entsprechen der Beschreibung. "We thought the hotel was lovely, but I had two issues with the door/lock system: 1. The room door is difficult to unlock. It was unclear how we were supposed to use the key in conjunction with the button and we had a lot of difficulties to unlock the door. 2. As there is no lock or bolt inside the room, our toddler was able to easily open the door and wander out (which he almost did a few times). We were concerned about him leaving the room without us waking, which fortunately did not occur, but I would not recommend this for small children."
