"I spent one night at Hotel Warmbaderh. It was absolutely lovely. The hotel arranged for my pickup/dropoff at the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were clean. "The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...

"It was a great stay overall. The hotel is a bit dated, breakfast is not impressive, but our room was clean, the view was fantastic and the pool was great, large and warm, we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect too, and the view from our room!"
