"My experience has been great our only issue is that someone apparently double booked our room last night and my husband and I woke up to banging on the door . I confirmed to night staff this is our room and gave confirmation, the night staff member questioned my identity when I showed her my ID she said that’s not name on the reservation and walked away never "

"Breakfast was the same everyday. The front desk staff, when available, were hospitable and welcoming but a lot of times during the day they were completely unavailable- not present. My room had clean bedding and a clean coffee pot and surface areas but the bathroom had random hair all over and the shower floor was almost black with dirt from feet that has built up on the textured/non-slip area which definitely could use some detailed attention. Overall it was satisfactory and I did extend my stay (business stay), it just needs some attention to detail and possibly a less busy day staff so that no one ends up unintentionally ignored or business actually missed. "

"My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. Lastly, the wall nearest the window had suspicious dripping stains (disgusting). In all, not the greatest stay for the price. This hotel needs a major deep clean on the rooms and a repaint and carpet replacement as well."

"Room was lovely, quiet and warm during the temperature drop. However, the fridge did not have a freezer, it was obviously broken and needs the whole unit replaced unless you can re-install a freezer into the existing unit. I needed ice, and that didn't happen."

"Worst hotel I have ever been to. We walked out and stayed somewhere else. Pictures do not match what is actually there so I assume they are old or used AI. The room smelled like an ashtray. Floor was visibly dirty and peeling up. Walls dirty and chipped away. Patched hole that was never painted. There were 3 small lumpy pillows in the middle of the bed with a stained comforter. Mattress was disgustingly stained and had black dirt that appeared like bug droppings. I would not wish that room on an enemy. This place needs some serious work and new management. "

"The place was very clean and it had lots of room to enjoy family. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nick and Sarah were very responsive with our questions. We will stay here again when visiting our family that lives nearby. "
