"Nice accommodations, though showing a little wear and tear in a couple spots. Fair rate (for a change) in Issaquah, a town we would stay in more often if the rates weren't nuts most of the time."

"We were all very impressed with The Boathouse rental. Lovely views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a great location! The home even had great sound proofing, very quiet! The owner was very nice and had lots of great advice about the surrounding area. The soaking tub and walking trail right out front were a real plus. Thank you Lisa!"

"The house had plenty of space to host guests outside and in! Host was very responsive via text throughout the trip. Air conditioning was a bonus during a hot spell. Would recommend to friends visiting Issaquah!"

"This was our annual family vacation with grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. It was nice have 2 living rooms so some could watch shows while others read quietly in the other space. The kitchen was huge and had pretty much all the cooking pots and utensils you would need to prepare meals. It was great having desks in the rooms because my husband is a writer and my adult daughter had to work remotely a couple days on vacation. The owners were very responsive when we lost internet and we had it back within 15 minutes. There is plenty to do near the property—a playground within easy walking distance for the children and Lake Sammamish State Park is a 5 minute drive. We also went to the Washington Park Zoo, about a 30 minute drive. And to Pike Place Market and wandered around there one day. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in."
