The only problem was that the jacuzzi was booked the entire weekend and we were not able to use it which sucks. After that was the main reason to book the hotel. None of the spa services were available because over booked. They should alert when you make the reservation.

Martina is a super concierge. The location was perfect to walk to the Cathedral, Royal Palace, Teatro Massimo, street markets, and countless restaurants. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend it.

The room and breafast area were very clean. The location is right down the alley from the Teatro Massino. Other sights are walkable. There is a shuttle bus to the airport (approx €6)that stops along Via Roma near the B&B.
There is no lift but the rooms are only one flight of stairs.

The hotel is nice but we booked it because it advertised free parking. However, they can't guarantee this. We had to find a vacant spot on the street. That said, the room was fine and it was nice to be able to have a swim in the pool (although they charge 2 euro to rent a towel).
