Holiday Home 'Sa Omu 'Eccia' with Sea View and Private Terrace

Located in the historic center of Villagrande Strisaili, this charming 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a double bedroom and two singles, one with a balcony overlooking the main square and a work desk. Recently renovated, the house blends authentic traditional features with modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, and dishwasher, plus a living room with fireplace. Additional amenities include a washing machine, baby cot, workspace, crib, and high chair.



Staying in the historic center lets you experience the authentic atmosphere of Villagrande. In summer, the squares and streets come alive with events and local life.



The interiors are on several levels and lead to a panoramic terrace with 360° views of mountains, valleys, and, to the east, the sea on the horizon. The house is perfect for families.



You will have exclusive use of the entire property and can return at any hour. Public street parking is available nearby, and a private garage for motorbikes and bicycles is at your disposal. Electric car charging stations are about 100 meters away. A fully equipped gym is just steps from the house. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used for barbecues or cooking. Please observe quiet hours from midnight to 8:00 am.
