Important Details About Our Apartment

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern building with two lifts, designed to offer comfort and accessibility.

The building has its own pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk from Cala de Finestrat Beach. In addition, there is plenty of street parking, both in white-zone and blue-zone areas.

Across from the building, you’ll find a Consum supermarket, two bars on the same street, a bus stop right outside the door, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The apartment consists of:
A spacious bedroom with a 135 cm bed, a built-in closet, and high-quality bedding.
A full bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink.
An open-concept kitchen connected to the dining area, equipped with a fridge-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and cooking utensils. (Note: there is no built-in oven).
A dining and living area with a table and 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa bed, and a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Rules for Use of the Holiday Rental

Welcome to our apartment.
To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, we kindly ask that you follow these rules and guidelines:

Check-in: Starting at 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM.
Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If you need flexibility, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance.
2. General Rules
No Smoking: This is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
Pets: Pets are not allowed (unless prior authorisation is granted).
Parties and Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., out of respect for the neighbors.
Maximum Capacity: The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of [number of people] people. Exceeding this capacity is not permitted without prior authorisation.
Responsible Use: Take care of the furniture, appliances, and furnishings as if they were your own. Any damage must be reported immediately.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance
