Cleaning staff was great. Location was great. Wonderful breakfast. Front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly frankly and sometimes seemed preoccupied. We enjoyed our stay but ended up not asking questions of the front desk to avoid them. Was atypical of our stay.

What a wonderful hotel, so glad my research led me to it!! I am very picky with hotels and am only happy in new luxury hotels and this hotel was fabulous! Even the air conditioning was wonderful and I almost never can say that!! Perfect hotel, will only stay here when I return to Milan from now on. Area around hotel is good too, with dining, shopping and gelato options you won’t be disappointed!

"I liked the quiet countryside but the hotel does have wedding ceremonies which are noisy and affected the service we received Menu was good but little variance from one day to another Hotel is out in the country and taxis were impossible to get cheaply.
