The breakfast and drinks on rooftop need improvement. The help for the drinks on roof was very bad. It is a beautiful space but the help was not good and she didn't seem to care. The breakfast food was mediocre compared to my first stay in 2019. But the space is lovely.

Breakfast room was great! One the last day we were there, we had to leave early for the airport and Ricardo (one of the breakfast room attendants) was so helpful in getting us some breakfast to go before the buffet was officially open. Hotel is a great location, very central and close to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Would stay here again.

Welcomed by Lili, the manager of the hotel, and given a lovely room, spacious and well equiped. A little quirky, but Paz, the owner has a good taste in decor. This is a quiet country hotel, ideal for relaxation and peace. Close to Cuenta, this is a good base to explore the region. Nice continental ...
