I love this hotel, the rooftop with the beautiful view and the great ambiance is a nice experience that you need to live, the high security level makes you feel safe, the rooms and everything is clean and beautiful that you know you're on a 5 star luxury hotel.

I would stay here again. It is walking distance to Principe Pio train station and Plaza de Espana. Note that it is on an incline.

Receptionists were quite helpful 24/7. Great European style breakfast with a nice buffet variety of selection. Servers were attentive and courteous. Open 7-am-12Noon.
HVAC worked great. For $300 per night room was a bit small ; also toilet seat was rather uncomfortable and a bit too high. 6ft guest 175lb and feet couldn’t reach the floor. $150-$200 per night would have been more appropriate. Great downtown location.
