"Vägbeskrivning i appen helt fel 5km. Hittade till slut hotellet. Väntade vid incheckning i 15min. Hittade sen en kille i annan byggnad. Vid incheckningen fick jag ej tillbaka passet. Efrer 30 min gick jag till incheckningsdesken. Där ligger mitt pass helt öppet utan bevakning. Frukost helt okej!"

"Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean."

"Big room, comfortable,friendly staff "

"Wonderful place. Enjoyed everything about it. Lovely kind, caring staff. Excellent breakfast delivered at our chosen time to the very spacious room. "

"Very unique hotel. The pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommended. Also, the breakfast buffet was lovely and the lady that runs a hotel is super sweet."

"Central location and modern facilities. Staff very helpful with lanquage and directions. Nice breakfast offering."

"A lovely location with wonderful views, easy access to the town and bus routes and a great restaurant."

"Excellent Overall Experience"

"Beautiful hotel in a stunning location."

"Breakfast was great, the common areas were very nice, especially the views!"

"Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood"

"Good experience."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent location and good service."

"I had a Mountain View room, and the view was spectacular. Very comfortable bed and room in a perfect location. The place does not have Wi-Fi, so if that’s essential to you then it might make a difference in staying here."

"Beautiful room, very comfortable and excellent customer service from Ana Christine with check in process and taxi rides. "

"The property was tranquil and located within easy driving distance of the historic Cuenca district. The room was rather stark with a television that glitched quite a bit but we were not into the room that much. Despite the uninspiring interior decor of the room, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. If you’re not looking for anything fancy or somewhat luxurious, this would be a good place to stay."

"Clean property and attentive staff. The locks are a bit rough to use but otherwise everything worth the price "

"Great location near the modern part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful apartment in the ideal location "

"I don’t understand the poor reviews??? A great hotel for the price. Staff helpful plus it was both clean & comfortable. Will use it again."
