I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special. Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!

Cela a été un séjour extraordinaire ! L'accueil était sympathique, accueillant. Le déjeuner fourni était copieux et livré directement à notre chalet. L'endroit était confortable et bien équipé. L'eau chaude dans la douche était chaude et non difficile à trouver l'ajustement. Nous avons très bien dormi. Endroit avec une vue spectaculaire sur le volcan Villarica . A retourner absolument.

Precioso lugar

Fantastico para familias con hijos pequenos - tiene de todo! This is such a magical place for small children - ours were 3 and 5 when we went and had the most wonderful time in the tree house, dolls house, forest trails, spotting wildlife, trampolining and there were lots of other activities we didn't even get to on-site! Highly recommended!

Es un lugar maravilloso.

Leímos varias opiniones antes de ir... y coincidimos en que es un lugar maravilloso!!!. Puedes desconectarte del día a día y disfrutar la naturaleza. Las cabañas son muy cómodas, amplias y todo está muy limpio. Dispones de mucho espacio para caminar, jugar con los niños y relajarte... Cristian y Graciela son muy amables y tienen muy buena disposición. Definitivamente, volveremos!!

Una muy buena vista

Nos hospedamos en familia por un poco más de una semana. En general todo muy bien, lindas y comidas cabañas ... la gente muy amable. Tener en cuenta que queda a unos 20 km de la ciudad de pucon ... en temporada uno tarda cerca de una hora llegar al centro. La vista muy buena ... ideal para desconectarse.

Hotel located in rural area about 18 km from Pucon

Very nice cabañas, well equipped and owners are nice and helpful. We liked the place and decided to stay one more night. In spite of the distance from Pocun, we defenitly recommend Esplendorouse view of the volcán!

Nice Cabins with beautiful views of Volcano

Beautiful place, well kept, quiet, night lights, breakfast and wood delivered every day to Cabins, spectacular views of Villa Rica Volcano as well as valley, sheep freely roaming, nice play area for kids, a cool flying fox. Very close to Lake Caburgua and other activities like the hot springs (termas). One of the best places I've ever stayed in. Great for kids.

BANHO GELADO em pleno inverno CHILENO.

-Péssimo acesso; - Para manter o quarto aquecido você tem que ficar a madrugada toda se acordando e alimentando a lareira; - Não há banho quente. O boiler só tem 10 litros d'agua, insuficiente para um banho decente, imagine 04 pessoas pra tomar banho. BANHO GELADO. Questionamos o proprietário, que disse que se a pessoa quer tomar um banho mais demorado(maior que 02 minutos) deve se dirigir às piscinas térmicas do local. Minha filha foi tomar banho, depois que ensaboou-se a agua quente acabou e teve que tirar o sabão na água gelada. Eu, minha mulher e meu filho não tivemos como tomar banho, visto que a água era gelada num inverno cujas temperaturas eram de 02 a 05 graus.

beautiful volcano views

We just loved our stay here! Spectacular views and wonderful clean cabin. Be advised that you should arrive in daylight hours because it is a bit difficult to find, it's on a somewhat challenging dirt road so best navigated before dark. We got in later than expected and got lost but when we called the owner, he immediately came to find us and led us to the cabins. We stayed 2 nights but wished we had 1 or 2 more. Breakfast was simple but ample and tasty. They served homemade lunch in the main reception area as well. It's a pretty remote area so be sure to bring your own food as there are not grocery stores close by. Lots to do for everyone and enjoyed the pool and spas. We could not get over how lucky we were to wake up to the Villarica volcano in such beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Would love to come back some day!
