I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

It is a very beautiful old property, which is why it needs continuous maintenance. They should have adequate staff to receive clients, we were waiting 30 minutes at the reception, there was no one. Out of the way difficult to locate
The receptionist was fine but language was a problem food is at a facility approx 200 metres away the room was ok the bathroom was smelly but had. All facilities were basic but ok I do not feel we are overly fussy but this a hotel we will not be going to again
